The role involves analyzing and improving Digital Client functions to drive operational efficiency and productivity. Qualifications include a BComm degree, data analytics, FAIS qualifications, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications. The role involves developing and delivering actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct, execute and deliver the design and implementation of practical solutions using structured processes and project management disciplines
• Prepare process designs and business requirements to support proposals and projects to achieve desired business outcomes
• Design & measure key operational metrics and enable functional managers where needed with dashboards
• Drive business adoption to new function processes to ensure that business value is extracted across the value chain of Digital Client

Qualifications

• BComm or other related degree
• Any data analytics type qualifications will be an advantage
• FAIS qualifications
